Mobile-first experience

We at cendana built our platform for mobile screens from the ground up. Desktop is supported, but the app and mobile browser are our primary interfaces. This means touch controls are optimized—larger tap targets, swipe gestures, and single-column layouts that render fast on 4G and 3G connections. Our cendana app is lightweight: the initial download is under 50 MB, and background data sync is minimal so your phone does not drain battery checking for market updates every few seconds. We use service workers on the web app to cache essential data (account info, recent bets, market listings), so you can scroll your history or view odds even if your connection drops momentarily. Push notifications are opt-in; they alert you to Liga 1 kickoff times, live Blackjack table availability, withdrawal confirmations, and deposit bonuses (where applicable). If you disable notifications, you can still check cendana anytime to see what is happening—we simply do not interrupt you unless you explicitly ask.

Android app installation

Android users download our APK file directly from cendana rather than through Google Play Store. This gives us full control over distribution and allows us to serve markets where Google Play may have restrictions. The APK is code-signed with our certificate; you can verify authenticity by checking the certificate fingerprint on our support page. Installation requires Android 7.0 (API 24) or higher. Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second layer: after your password, you enter a code from your phone or email.

iOS access notes

Apple's App Store policies do not permit gambling apps in many regions, so we deliver cendana to iOS users via browser. Open Safari (or Chrome, Firefox) on your iPhone or iPad and visit cendana.app. The site detects your iOS device and presents a streamlined mobile layout. You can bookmark the page for quick access, or tap the Share button and select "Add to Home Screen"—this creates an icon on your home screen that opens cendana in full-screen mode without the browser chrome (address bar, tabs, etc.). The home-screen shortcut behaves like a native app: it stays logged in, handles notifications via badge counts, and syncs your data in the background. iOS 12 and later support this "web app" experience. If you use an older iPhone (iOS 11 or earlier), you can still visit cendana.app in Safari, but the home-screen shortcut behaves like a standard bookmark—it opens Safari and displays the browser UI. We recommend upgrading to iOS 12+ for the best experience. Safari caches data locally too; if you lose internet momentarily, your account balance and recent bets remain visible.

Web app and browser version

cendana.app is a progressive web app (PWA). Whether you access it on Android Chrome, iOS Safari, Mac, Windows, or Linux, the experience is consistent. We use responsive design so the layout adapts to your screen size—mobile phones get single-column layouts, tablets get two-column layouts, and desktops show three-column views with odds tickers and live-dealer streams side by side. All three access methods (Android app, iOS browser, web browser) log into the same account backend. If you deposit via the app on Monday and log into the web browser on Tuesday, your funds are there instantly. Bet history, KYC documents, payment methods, and account settings sync in real-time. The web app loads faster on a desktop with a stable broadband connection than on mobile 4G, but both are responsive—page transitions happen in under 500 milliseconds. Live-dealer video streams are served via adaptive bitrate, so your video quality automatically matches your connection speed. If you toggle between the app and browser frequently, your data never desync; we use versioned APIs and conflict-free merging to ensure consistency.

Data usage and optimisation

Market updates stream in small JSON payloads (kilobytes), not large image files. Game graphics (slot reels, dealer avatars) are pre-loaded once and cached; revisiting a game does not re-download them. We default to "Balanced" quality (720p at 30 fps) which is suitable for most mobile connections. Users on slower links or with data caps can select "Low Data" mode in the app or browser settings, which lowers video quality to 480p and disables animated slot intro videos.
